Police are looking for two suspects, a man and a woman, in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found this morning stuffed into the back of a car, Newsradio 1200 WOAI's Michael Main reports.

Police were first called to the 100 block of Forrest Ave, which is off South Flores southwest of downtown, about 7 Monday night on a report of shots fired.

But when officers arrived they found some shell casings but no evidence that anybody had been shot.  But witnesses told officers they did see a man and a woman shoving what appeared to be a body into the truck of a car.

Police got a description of the car, and about midnight, officers found the vehicle parked in front of a house in the 7200 block of Brandyridge, which is on the city's far northwest side, near Loop 1604 and Bandera Road.

Officers got a warrant and popped the trunk and, sure enough, they found a man's body stuff in there.

Detectives are still looking for a man and a woman.
