Healthy Swaps for When You’re Craving Something Sweet

Baked Apples.  You can make them in an oven or microwave.  Top them with a little maple syrup and a touch of cinnamon and maybe some nuts or granola.

DIY Popsicles. Not only will you feel nostalgic, but you can get a Zuko popsicle maker which cuts down freezing time to almost no time at all!

Fruit Kabobs. You can switch out different fruits for different tastes and even drizzle a little chocolate syrup or Nutella on them.

Chia Pudding.  Each tiny seed has 5 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein. Chia seeds also have omega-3 and with the combination of these 3 benefits, you will actually stay fuller for longer.  And there are so many recipes to choose from.  Look for some on Pinterest for example.

Dessert Gum.  For real!  You’ve probably seen Extra’s special line of Dessert Delights and they’re pretty good.  Plus, they’re sugar free.
