I love the simplicity of this new diet.

Its the EVERY OTHER DAY diet... and it is just that. 

Monday, eat healthy. Egg whites, salads, grilled chicken, small portions... you know what to do.

Tuesday: Eat what you like (don't go crazy.)

And repeat.


You aren't going to starve. And you aren't going to miss food.

In fact, I've been doing it the last two weeks and I've lost 3 lbs. And I haven't really tried. I may be on to something!
