I bet you feel like you’re always at the store.  Here are some hints to help shop while still being able to watch your weight.

Don’t Go Shopping Stressed.  If you’re more apt to emotionally eat (like me), then you’re more likely to purchase many comfort foods.

Bring A Snack.  Don’t go shopping on an empty stomach because everything will look yummy and you’ll end up buying food higher in calories (studies prove it). 

Get Good-For-You Prepared Food.  The drive thru at your nearest fast food restaurant is a pretty easy dinner solution, but not health-wise.  Many grocery stores have premade food, even a premade food section, with food that is lower in calories, fat, and sodium than traditional fast food.
