I made this last night!  Not only was it easy, it was really good! 

I used top round steak and 35 minutes was probably 5 minutes too long.  But it still tasted good.  And you should totally PILE ON the spinach.  You can not put enough on.

It can get a little messy when rolling them up and it's not easy putting in the toothpicks, but it's worth it.  Aren't they pretty?
