I made this for dinner last night and halved the recipe since I only made two chicken breasts instead of four.

I would not half the recipe.  It seemed like it wasn't enough when I put it in the oven and it definitely didn't taste like enough when eating it.  On the plus side, I learned how to saute garlic cloves (yeah, I youtubed it).  Honestly you could just use minced garlic instead.

It gives a wonderful taste to the chicken.  I didn't use salt or pepper, because I don't like extra on my food, but my husband did add both to his.
