Time to get rid of your Christmas tree! Instead of putting it out by the curb why not recycle it and make it into mulch.
The city says:
- Trees more than 6 feet tall should be cut in half
- Lights, decorations and stands should be removed
- Trees do not need to be bagged.
- The city is not accepting wreaths, garlands or plants
You can take them to one of the following nine locations Jan. 11 & 12 between 8 a.m., and 1 p.m.
