Honestly, I don't know how Jason Dady does it all. Husband, father of three, owner/chef of SEVEN restaurants (Range, Shuck Shack, Tre Trattoria, Tre Enoteca, Two Bros BBQ Market, B&D Ice, The Bin), owner of a catering company, and the driving force behind the Titans of Tailgate Food Festival this Saturday at Sunken Gardens Theatre. It makes me tired just thinking of it!
