Foods That Help With Headaches

I don't usually get headaches.  I get migraines, so I'm wondering if these foods would help!

Banana Bread

Yay!  I love banana bread!  And bananas have magnesium in them, an element that has been proven to be helpful in curing headaches.

What should I add to my next #bananabread ? Walnuts? Apricots? Passion fruit? Just a few ideas I'm toying with.

Watermelon

Sadly it’s not always in season, but eat it when you can!  It’s filled with water, and water keeps you from getting dehydrated, which helps eliminate headaches.

Avocados

You love avocados and they’re certainly very “IN” right now.  Which is good because they have magnesium which is helpful in fighting headaches.
