It's a new workout series gaining popularity on YouTube that offers an 8-week "transformation course" -- which involves swimming in a pool with mermaid tails.
Mermaiding focuses on core training, which makes it so effective.
I like it because there's a pool involved (big fan of swimming); I'm not going to get sweaty because you're in the water; and you get to pretend you're a mermaid! I mean, really, it's a win.
