You know my love for Ramen. Well, my mother-in-law got me a book called "Ramen Noodle Recipes" and you better believe I'm using it at home and here at work! I'm not sure if it was partly a joke, but look who's laughing now!
I remember as a kid hating broccoli, but as an adult I love it. I'm not sure when that change happened, but broccoli is good for you. It has LOADS of vitamins and fiber. And the Vitamin C in it helps build collagen and is a powerful antioxident. I'm now working on getting my kids to love it. My son eats it; my daughter doesn't. It's a work in progress.
