Caprese Stuffed Avocado

In 200 BC, the Aztecs considered the avocado to be an aphrodisiac. They even named the avocado tree āhuacatl, or testicle tree, because the fruits often hang in pairs. Quite literal, if you ask me. They may not have realized that avocados really do help get you in the mood, but we have scientific proof these days. Avocados deliver a punch of nutrients essential to sexual health, including beta carotene, magnesium and vitamin E (it's sometimes called "the sex vitamin"). Also, an avocado delivers more potassium than a raw banana. It even offers 2.4 grams of protein for every 1/2 cup of fruit.

So serve up some avocado for your Valentine's Day dinner!
