A civilian employee at Randolph Air Force Base is accused of accepting more than two-million-dollars in bribes to provide a software engineering company with government contracts. A federal indictment of 53-year-old Keith Seguin was unsealed Wednesday. Also indicted are the Quantadyn Corporation, its part owner David Bolduc Jr., and businessman Rubens Fiuza Lima, who's accused of laundering part of the bribe money. Prosecutors say Seguin steered government contracts to Quantadyn from 2006 to 2018. The defendants could do 45 years in prison and be fined up to a million-dollars if convicted.
