Ferris Bueller Star Appears To Be Victim Of Elder Abuse

Is Edie McClurg the victim of elder abuse? It definitely looks that way. She’s allegedly being victimized by Michael L Ramos. He claims to be the 76-year-old’s friend, but was trying to take her out of California and marry her in spite of her dementia. 

What’s more, Michael allegedly sexually assaulted the “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” star’s caregiver. And while Edie hasn’t been romantically involved with him, the caregiver is afraid that he may have been sexually assaulting her. Given her condition, she wouldn’t realize what was going on.

Thankfully, Edie is under a conservatorship and a judge intervened on her behalf. He not only issued a temporary restraining order against Michael, but he also ordered him to stay at least a hundred yards from Edie. He’s got to move out and can’t contact her. A hearing on the case is set for next month.
