Cassettes Are Making A Comeback

In this day and age of digital music, it looks like many people are longing for a simpler time.  Part of it is nostalgia.  Others just prefer the warm sound of analog music.

Using relatively old equipment from the 1970s to produce all of its cassettes, National Audio produced 10 million tapes in 2014, according to a Bloomberg report.

No surprise that "Guardians of the Galaxy" brought them back to the forefront.  It became the top selling cassette of 2016.  And now top-selling artists are putting out music on cassette, too, like Justin Bieber and the Weeknd.  And you may see a lot more from your favorite artists with the big budgets.
