Being Calm and Happy During the Pandemic

During this stressful time (any stressful time really) here are the things he says to do:

Build a routine to your day

  • take a moment to practice being thankful
  • enrich yourself each day with a hobby, or reading a book, or learning something new
  • meditate
  • exercise

Take breaks

Tap into your senses

  • find something beautiful that brings you joy to look at
  • enjoy a calming scent
  • listen to your favorite songs

Don't forget to focus on the good things and remember that this won't last forever!
