Build a routine to your day
- take a moment to practice being thankful
- enrich yourself each day with a hobby, or reading a book, or learning something new
- meditate
- exercise
Take breaks
Tap into your senses
- find something beautiful that brings you joy to look at
- enjoy a calming scent
- listen to your favorite songs
Don't forget to focus on the good things and remember that this won't last forever!
