Lanscaping Ideas for Your Next Project

You've been looking for things to do and you're probably doing a lot of stuff in the yard. Mowing. Weeding. Maybe even a garden.

What about landscaping? It seems easy: get some flowers and plant them. Well, yeah, sorty of. But there's a method to the madness to make it look beautiful, add curb appeal.

1. Vary Colors and Textures. Go for the opposites on the color wheel for a more intense show.

2. Plant Close Together. It makes them look more lush and reduces time spent weeding.

3. Consider Different Heights When Planning Garden Beds.

4. Drainage Is Key, Especially Planting on a Slope. Most plants need well-drained soil to survive.

5. Mix in Unexpected Plants, But Be Prepared to Overwinter Them

I looked it up. Overwinter just basically means protecting a plant from the winter weather, like bringing it inside.
