Limit Election Anxiety

This year has been filled with a lot on anxiety-producing events so far. And now it's the election. I don't care who you're voting for, this can be really stressful. Whether you've already voted, are trying to get in on early voting by Friday, or waiting for November 3rd, take these tips into consideration.

- Find news sources that give accurate information. 

- Set limits on how long you'll scan the news each day. 

- Try not to engage with people where a discussion could become unproductive or heated.

- Find something to do that’s fulfilling. Spend time in nature or with your family; do something that's relaxing or meaningful to you.

- Don’t stress over things out of your control. That will give you more time to work on changes you can make to those things you can control.
