There are a lot of times I feel like I can't get started working. Other times I feel like I'm stagnant during the day. These tips will help you stay productive and feel good about what you're getting done.
1. Start a Routine – routines help you accomplish your tasks and identify your most productive times of the day
2. Make a Physical List – helps you remember what needs to be done and lets you cross it off, helping you feel accomplished
3. Tap into Productivity Tools – there are plenty of apps (some free) that help with your daily efficiency
4. Hide (or Delete) Distracting Apps
5. Prep for Meals – not having to plan every meal one at a time frees up time during the week
6. Set a Timer – don’t multi-task. Set a timer and focus on one task during that time.
7. Clear Your Space – mess creates stress
