How To Bring the Outdooors Inside

We've been hearing about how being out in nature every day is really good for your mental health. So why not bring the outdoors inside your home? It can be very easy, too!

-Add houseplants

-Natural light – use mirrors to reflect the light from windows. Trade out window treatments for ones that allow privacy without blocking the light.

-Hang botanical prints

-Opt for natural materials like rattan, jute, and mango wood.

-Use colors inspired by your favorite locations. For example teal for the sea, terra-cotta for the desert, deep green for the jungle.

-Scents like the ocean or pine trees or flowers. Use candles or a diffuser.
