Heart problems run in my family so, when I found this article, I took note of the ways to make your heart stronger.
-Consistency is key. Aerobic exercise, 5 times a week for 30 minutes.
-Get your blood pumping. ALL forms of exercise get your blood pumping so you don’t have to stick to the traditional running or biking.
-Start slowly.
-Check in with your body. Call your doctor if you experience pressure, discomfort, pain in your chest, or palpitations when you're not moving.
