Prep for tomorrow.
Arm yourself with healthy snacks.
Repeat a mantra or an activity (helps achieve a zen state).
Turn on some tunes.
Put yourself on an allowance.
Float in a pool.
Put away your phone.
Recall a past success.
Write your worries in a journal and use it as a brain dump.
Work out.
Make time for a massage.
Avoid negative self-talk.
Laugh.
Take breaks.
Find the positive – no matter how small.
Take the stress in and release it. (literally)
