DST - Here's How to Recover From Losing an Hour of Sleep

At some point we'll get rid of Daylight Saving Time once in for all. It's kind of annoying. Until then here are some ways to help cope with that lost hour.

Get your steps in, but not too late in the day.

Skip afternoon caffeine.

Expose yourself to plenty of sunlight.

Don't eat a large meal or drink a lot right before bed.

Sneak in a short nap (if possible).

Stop using your phone right before bed.

Don't sleep in or hit snooze.
