You Break Out

You Can't Quite Kick That Cold

You Develop Diarrhea

Your Hair Falls Out

Your Brain Shrinks

Your Nails Look Funky.

Your Ears Ring

Your Cuts and Scrapes Just. Won't. Heal.

Your Stomach Aches

You may have some, none, or even all of these. The best way to get rid of them is to reduce your stress, but that’s easier said than done.
