Clever Ways to Stay More Hydrated This Summer

Staying hydrated is important but it can be a fight in the summertime since we sweat more. So here are some ways to help you:

Invest in a new water bottle. It’s kind of like when you buy new work out clothes. You get excited about it! 

Track your water intake.

Drink flavored water. Put in some fruit. I suggest cinnamon sticks and apple slices. You’ll thank me.

Get some water through food. Why do you think our parents gave us watermelon slices as treats?

Keep an eye on what goes out as much as what's going in.

Consider seltzer.

Coconut water forever.

Watch out for coffee and booze. They’re diuretics.

Drink water first before you reach for the lemonade or the iced tea.
