What To Do In San Antonio This Week - 10/31/22

Highly Suspect @ The Aztec Theatre (Wednesday). Brooklyn-based hard rock/hip hop leaning band Highly Suspect will be slamming the Aztec stage for The Midnight Demon Club Tour.

Wurstfest 2022. Starting this Friday, the unique annual celebration rich in German culture and full of Texas fun known as Wurstfest is finally back in action for 10 days of good food, music, dancing, carnival rides, beer, and more.

Marc Maron @ The Tobin Center (Friday). Stand-up comedian, actor, and WTF podcaster Marc Maron is bringing This May Be The Last Time Tour to the Tobin Center's Carlos Alvarez Studio Theater this Friday Night. The evening show is sold out but tickets to the late show still remain.

Ryan Adams @ Tech Port Center (Saturday). Alt-country/rock singer-songwriter and record producer Ryan Adams (behind hits by Willie Nelson, Fall Out Boy, and many more) is kicking off his new acoustic series in south Texas. Tickets to the Tech Port performance are still available.

Lewis Black @ Empire Theatre (Saturday). Comedian Lewis Black aka the King of Rant will be back in SATX this weekend for Off The Rails, a new standup featuring his signature yelling and finger-pointing as he exposes the absurdities of life. There's still a chance to win a pair of tickets too.

Lee Fields @ Paper Tiger (Saturday). Soul sensation Lee Fields has embarked on a new tour featuring his latest release entitled Sentimental Fool. The living legend will be performing the blues-tinged hits plus fan favs this Saturday with special guests Eddie & The Valiants plus DJs The General and Hector Gallegos. Greta Van Fleet @ AT&T Center (Saturday). GRAMMY award-winning hard rock/blues band Greta Van Fleet is bringing its Dreams in Gold arena tour to AT&T for one night only. Special guests Durand Jones & The Indications are opening.

The Early November @ The Rock Box (Saturday). Early 2000s emo outfit The Early November is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with a San Antonio stop featuring special guests I Can Make A Mess, Vinnue Caruana, and Matt Rosa.

San Antonio Expo: Body & Soles @ Freeman Coliseum (Saturday). The inaugural event where fashion, fitness, and sneaker culture meet. Sellers, traders, and buyers are welcome.

DiwaliSA: Festival of Lights @ Hemisfair (Saturday). DiwaliSA, San Antonio's annual celebration of India's biggest and most important holiday of the year, returns for live entertainment, henna, food, handcrafts, a river parade, fireworks spectacular and so much more. Free to attend.
