This is a pretty fun event. Maybe even cathartic for some. Name a cockroach, vegetable, or rat after an ex and watch it be fed to one of the zoo's animals, reptiles, or birds!
Donate $5 and the zoo will symbolically name a cockroach after your ex (or hated boss, or annoying neighbor).
For $25, a rat or other rodent can be named after an ex and fed to the zoo's flock of reptiles.
New this year is the "herbivore option." For $5 cabbage, romaine lettuce and other greens will be fed to the plant-eating animals so they don't miss out.
