  • Green Teas
  • Candy Bars, anyone that contains chocolate.
  • Breakfast Cereals, specifically chocolate flavors
  • Energy Bars, obviously
  • Bottled Water, carefully read the label
  • Non-Cola Sodas
  • Decaf Coffee. Caffeinated coffee runs around 100mg.Some decaf coffees have as much as 20mg.
