Nacho Aguirre is a friend of mine. I've been lucky enough to become friends with him since he won Spring Baking Championship back in 2018. I adore him and his wife. They could not be nicer people.
So I love seeing Nacho when he gets to be a judge on the Food Network. Most recently he's a judge on "Holiday Baking Championship: Gingerbread Showdown." Those competitors are incredible.
