Get Up Earlier. Adding even just 5 or 10 minutes to your morning will let you be more relaxed and productive.
Learn To Love The Traffic Jam. Let your “jam” be your favorite radio station, a podcast, audio book, or whatever else you may love to listen to.
Set A Break Timer. Literally set a timer to go off once an hour to give you 1-3 minutes of walking around the office, stretching, or whatever works for you. This will reduce tension, eye strain, aches and pains, and increase blood flow.
Give back to your coworkers. Doing something small for your coworkers can lift everyone's spirits, and in turn, make you feel good.
