Ok, it doesn’t get SUPER cold around here, but it still gets cold.  At least to us.  When you’re used to triple digit heat in the summer, 40 degrees is cold!  And last week?  WHOA!  So how do you keep the cold out, the heat in, while saving money?

Flush Your Water Heater.  We have hard water so sediment builds up quickly.  That sediment affects how well your water heater works.

Replace Air Filters.  The dirtier they get, the less efficient your air conditioner/heater works.  Replace them regularly as instructed.
