What is your teenager doing this summer?  Looking to make some cash to save or spend?  The City of San Antonio has positions in the mayor's office, the parks & rec department, and as lifeguards to be filled.

The city is hosting a 2018 Summer Youth Employment Program for students between the ages of 16 and 19. The program lasts eight weeks and students will get the opportunity to work across a number of departments within the city.

Applications are due Sunday, April 29, and can be found here.

"These temporary summer positions provide clerical, office, project, and/or light maintenance support," reads the job listing.

Those wanting to lifeguard must be 16 years or older and pass a Red Cross Certification Course.

"Lifeguard recruitment clinics are held the first Saturday of every month through May 2018 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.," reads the listing.
