Conrad Burry and Tom O'Grady, who worked as the head of the NBA's creative department from 1990-2003, connected via Twitter to work on the "Aztec SA medallion," which O'Grady said was originally planned for the 1994-1995 Spurs warmups, but "didn't make the cut."
The end product is a "Fiesta SA" snapback cap and clothing. The hats are an estimated $25, plus shipping and handling. Burry said interested buyers can email him firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase the caps and visit FiestaSA.spreadshirt.com to shop the t-shirts, tanks and even aprons emblazoned with the logo.
Alright, I've created a mini-shop for "Fiesta SA" t-shirts & tanks. It's going to take a while longer to produce the Fiesta SA hats, so bear with me. If you'd like to purchase any of the shirts or tanks, go to https://t.co/3Qs3qSzCc6. Thanks again for the support! pic.twitter.com/JXcmr5Mz2J— Conrad Burry 🔴🐐🎨 (@conradburry) April 22, 2018
