This drink is available at PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown (long enough name, guys?). They say things are bigger in Texas, but this is in New York! It's available from January 31 (National Hot Chocolate Day) to February 14th (Valentine's Day).
The drink weighs 20 pounds! It's also best served in smaller mugs, which is why it comes with a ladle. You're asked to pre-order the drink two days prior to your reservation, and select a preferred liquor: tequila, mezcal, cognac, or whiskey. It's not cheap: it costs $375. But you can always invite a bunch of your friends and then divide the check by 22 people so it only costs $17 a person.
