I hate kale. Just the thought of it makes me kind of gaggy. It's just so gross. I know it may be healthy, but I can't eat it. So it makes me happy that nutritionists have come up with a list of new superfoods that we need to be eating and it doesn't include kale. (If you like kale, you can keep eating it)
1. Fermented foods. These are really good for your gut. They help you reduce inflammation and detox naturally. These include sauerkraut, miso, and sourdough (yay bread!).
2. Avocados. These babies contain 20 vitamins and minerals including potassium, vitamin E, vitamin C, B vitamins, and folic acid,
4. Coconut Products.
5. Non-dairy milks.
