Southside ISD has launched their first-ever food pantry! This will benefit many of the 6,000 children who live in the district.
It runs now through May 17. They are looking for food that is high in protein (that kids will eat), like rice, tuna fish, peanut butter, pinto beans (bagged or canned), Special K cereal, mac & cheese.
Donations can be dropped at San Antonio Police Headquarters and the University of the Incarnate Word Administration Building. For more information, call (210) 882-1600 or click HERE.
