Recycle Your Christmas Tree

Time to get rid of your Christmas tree! Instead of putting it out by the curb why not recycle it and make it into mulch.

The city says:

  • Trees more than 6 feet tall should be cut in half
  • Lights, decorations and stands should be removed
  • Trees do not need to be bagged.
  • The city is not accepting wreaths, garlands or plants

You can take them to one of the following nine locations Jan. 11 & 12 between 8 a.m., and 1 p.m.
