Easiest Way Ever to Peel A Hard Bowled Egg

I don't peel hard boiled eggs well. They either annoy me by only coming off in the tiniest of pieces (so it takes forever) or those pieces take the white part of the egg with them, which makes me want to scream!

Here is an incredibly easy way to peel your hard boiled eggs. Have you tried it? Do you have a way that's just as good?
