Titans of Tailgate is in it's 3rd year and it's happening Sunday, January 26th at Sunken Gardens. Be prepared for A LOT OF FOOD. 35 chefs will be there and among my favorites are Shota Nakajima (Seattle), Rusty Hamlin (South Carolina), Jeff Balfour (Southerleigh), Luis Colon (La Cantera Resort & Spa), Diego Galicia and Rico Torres (Mixtli), Johnny Hernandez (La Gloria), and Steve McHugh (Cured).
