What To Do When You're Stuck At Your Desk All Day

Are you stuck behind a desk all day? Because it isn't good for you! We know that but to see how it can affect you makes you want to get up and move more:

  1. It can increase your depression and anxiety
  2. You can suffer from back and neck pain
  3. Your risk of color and endometrial cancer goes up
  4. More likely to suffer from obesity, diabetes and heart trouble
  5. Weak bones
  6. Blood clots

What can you do about it? Replace at least 2 hours of sitting a day with 'movement breaks.' That could be easier for some than others, but you can start by taking the long way to the bathroom/copier/break room.
