Surely you've heard of the PieCaken. It was originally created by Top Chef finalist and now celebrity chef Zac Young. it's a cake/pie hybrid with layers of pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and spice cake all held together with cinnamon buttercream and topped with apple pie filling. Previously available only in New York City, Young’s PieCaken is now available to Alamo City residents at Carlo’s Bakery at the Shops at La Cantera.
