This weekend is a perfect time to cuddle up with a snuggly, warm, four legged Valentine. If you have been thinking of adding to your family, two animal shelters are offering deals over the next few days.
Animal Care Services’ (ACS) Shelter Sweethearts adoption event will last Friday through Sunday. Dogs and puppies will be $50, and cats and kittens will be $15 during that time. The San Antonio Humane Society, located at 4804 Fredericksburg Road, will have its no-contact adoption special from Wednesday through Tuesday (2/10-2/16). Adult pit bull mixes will be $25, and animals that are bonded pairs will be free.
