Following months of controversy in the aftermath of the February winter storm, the president and CEO of CPS Energy says she is resigning. Paula Gold-Williams told the utility's Board of Trustees yesterday in a letter that she will step down early next year. She faced criticism over the company's handling of the February storm and CPS Energy's approval rating among its customers fell significantly following the storm. CPS Energy is the largest power company in the country.
