Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with this year's virtual commemoration, free yoga, and more.

Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson @ The Tobin Center (Wednesday). American astrophysicist, author, and science communicator is returning to the Tobin stage for a night of the Latest Discoveries in the Universe.

The Arc Angels @ Aztec Theatre (Thursday). Blues rockers The Arc Angels are putting on a heavy jam with fellow Texans/special guests The Bluebonnets and The Texas Gentlemen.

Pinthouse Tap Takeover @ The Growler Exchange (Thursday). Pinthouse Brewing from Austin, TX is taking over Growler's taps featuring 20+ beers. Last Place Burgers will also be debuting its new food truck.

LUCID @ Josephine Theater. San Antonio's very own cirque showcase and production will showcase dance, acrobatic, and aerial performances from local artists at the historic Josephine Theater on Friday and Saturday. 

Bexar Brass @ The Good Kind Southtown (Friday). SATX's New Orleans-style brass band is hosting a free live performance in The Good Kind's backyard patio. Fullbar and kitchen menuavailable, plus kid + pet-friendly.

Current Joys @ Vibes Event Center (Saturday). Indie-rock band and solo project of Soft Curse frontman Nick Rattigan, Current Joys, will be joined by country-rock/pop project by Gary Canino, Dark Tea, for one night only. We're also giving away a pair of tickets!

All Them Witches @ Paper Tiger (Saturday). Nashville's psych-blues rockers All Them Witches are headed to the Paper Tiger with special guest Blackwater Holylight. Ticket prices increase on day of the show.

El Combo Oscuro @ The Lighthouse Lounge (Saturday). !VIAJE! World Dance Night is hosting an evening of rare and modern dance records by DJ Rambo Salinas plus tunes by Austin band El Combo Oscuro.

Hiplet Ballerinas @ Carver Community Cultural Center (Saturday). A fusion between classical pointe technique, hip-hop, African, Latin, and other urban dance styles to create a never-before-seen type of dance.

The Quilt: A Living History of African American Music @ San Fernando Cathedral (Sunday). A concert showcase of the outstanding musicians featured in Musical Bridges' upcoming documentary. Performers include Beverly Houston, Veronica Williams, Andrea Vocab Sanderson, Ron Wilkins, and more. Free to attend with registration.
