Fill your dining table with healthy meals and snacks.

Grab healthy options first. When you load up on fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains first, you can help reduce hunger and cravings for less healthy alternatives

Avoid alcohol as much as possible.

Eat a healthy snack before your large holiday meal to prevent overeating.

Don’t skip your workout.

Aim to get eight hours of sleep per night.

Don’t skip your medicines, if any.

Focus on what matters most. Laugh, sing, dance around, give and do things with family and friends that will bring you peace and happiness because staying happy and stress-free can also help you keep your heart healthy.
