Free-Spirited Style Makes a Comeback. Etsy has seen a 184% rise in searches for moss agate jewelry. Searches for seashell necklaces also went up 23%.
Bracelets are going bold. There was a 67% increase in searches for handmade bracelets. Searches for chain bracelets were also up by 26%.
Nostalgic Jewelry Is Back In. One of the most surprising findings of the report was that there was a jaw-dropping 1,188% increase in searches for birthstone signet rings. If you’re not into birthstones, then go with a Y2K bracelet instead. With a 57% increase in searches for these types of bracelets, it's further proof the '90s look is here to stay.
Ear Stacking Stacks Up. It’s wearing multiple earrings on one lobe. In recent months, there was a 16-percent increase in searches for stack earrings and a 100-percent increase in searches for clip-on earrings. So, even if you don’t have an ear full of piercings, you can fake the look.
